People who get excited about these statements don't understand the Normal Distribution. Knowing something about the MEANS of 2 distributions doesn't permit one to state anything meaningful in comparing point estimates from 2 different distributions with any confidence.

I have a question.

I am aware of evidence showing that black people score lower than white people on IQ tests, and that white people score lower than Asians on IQ tests.

But all the evidence I know of comes from the United States. It doesn't seem right to assume that conclusions drawn about black, white and Asian people in the United States would also hold true for black, white and Asian people in other countries, such as Canada, or my country, the United Kingdom. After all, neither black, white nor Asian people are indiginous to the United States. Immigrant populations in one country might not be identical to immigrant or indiginous populations being described by the same label in other countries.

So my question is: What evidence is there of racial disparities in IQ test results in Canada? And what evidence is there of racial disparities in IQ test results in the United Kingdom?
