Why open borders isn't feasible

Over the last decade or so, the polling company Gallup has asked people in most of the world’s countries a simple question: “If you had the opportunity, would you like to move PERMANENTLY to another country?” The latest figures were published at the end of January, and they show there are now 900 million “potential migrants”. More than 1 in 6 adults wants to emigrate.
