The midwit meme is wrong

The midwit meme (whose template is shown above) has become one of the most popular memes of recent years. For those who don’t know it, the meme pokes fun at those with average intelligence – so-called “midwits” – by implying their views differ from both those of the very dumb and those of the very smart. In the typical format, similar or identical statements are posted on either side of an IQ bell curve, while the opposite statement is posted in the centre.
